  • Shala has a 30-day return policy. If you are not satistied with your purchase, contact hello@shala.com within 30-days of purchase for remediation or a full refund.

  • To cancel your order contact hello@shala.com. We will do our best to accommodate a cancellation, however, due to our fast processing window, it may not be possible to cancel the order before it ships.

  • With the exceptions of holidays, all orders ship within three (3) business days of an order being placed. 

  • If you never received your order please contact hello@shala.com with your name and order confirmation number.

Shipping Information

  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is emailed to you by shipping@komigo.com when a shipping label for your order is created. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation please email shipping@komigo.com with your order number and they will provide your tracking number.

  • With the exception of holidays, all orders deliver within six (6) business days of an order being placed. 

  • If your order was damaged during transit, contant hello@shala.com, include your order confirmation number, and photos of the damaged product. Shala Customer Support will work directly with you to remedy the issue.

  • Currently Shala only ships to the U.S. and U.S. territories.

  • One-time orders will ship ground via USPS. First time subscription orders ship 1-3 Day Priority via USPS, and repeat subscription orders will ship ground via USPS.
